Staff where perfect, room was tidy and air-conditioned with a sofa.

This hotel was useful base for exploring Salzburg, liked it. The location was stunning, relatively close to a baroque-style 17th-century cathedral.

We liked staff and location and every detail provided for our christmas. Generally everything was good, nonetheless the bathroom was not clean.

My experience was relaxing here. The continental breakfast had lots of choices. Family queen room was well-appointed, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Also, I loved how brilliant the location was.

The room was warm, the bed was very comfy and there was an excellent bathroom. Very central location very close to train station, the centre and the pedestrian area, it was in a quiet area. A main street was also placed walking distance to the hotel.

We spent a splendid time here, exceptional staff and amenities. The property was set in a delightful area. Also, a house museum was max 10 minutes walk to.

Breakfast was tasty, room was large and large. Delightful view, a nice balcony, big bed, too. Facilities were beautiful, especially the pool. The beach was magnificent. Small restaurant a short walk to the hotel.

Small room was absolutely brilliant and the food was local! First day I arrived the staff were more than helpful and treated us with very efficient service. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. Great for the money, and the location was charming for exploring Salzburg.

Room was cheap and cheap, included luxurious bathroom. Smart staff were more than helpful and suggested different places to visit. Reasonably clean and PROFESSIONAL hotel in Altstadt district. Appreciated my stay, it was outstanding.

It was a traditional hotel which also was so clean. Plus, we were 20 mins by foot from kapuzinerberg. The service was absolutely outstanding.

This place was handy and the staff was amazing friendly. Loved how the superior queen room was arranged when we arrived. The breakfast was above average and offered. Very central location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a house museum. Very good stay in the very very nice area.

Well, there was no shower.

I liked pretty decent location and how the place is clean. The staff was so polite and tried to make the stay real good. There was an average restaurant, a shopping area and a market next door. Such perfect hotel, 0.5 miles from W. A. Mozart airport.

It had ideal rooms and location, they offered free Wi-Fi. It's really close to Ludwig, good for a little drink. Also, it had parking nearby...

Maybe the street, it was noisy.

We enjoyed the staff and location and okay prices. We visited Ossi Spezialitaten, set only 200 ft away. Even the W. A. Mozart airport was not so far. We would stay here again without hesitation when visiting Salzburg❤

the breakfast was great, thought you can also visit alter fuchs, located in 1000 feet. the hotel's setting easy walk to everything we wanted to explore, like mirabell palace and gardens. the people there were really friendly. altstadt district was worth visiting.
